Privacy, plainly.
What we collect
When you submit the waitlist form, we collect your email address. That's it. We don't collect your name, your IP address, or any device data.
What we do with it
We send you one note asking you to confirm your address, and one email when 100eggs opens. No newsletter, no drip sequence, no third-party marketing. If we ever send anything else, you'll have explicitly opted in to it.
Who sees it
Your email is stored in our own database (AWS, Sydney region). It is not shared with, sold to, or processed by any third party beyond the infrastructure that stores and delivers it.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. Our hosting counts requests and we count form submissions, so we can see how many people visited and how many signed up. We cannot see who you are.
Web Care and your Google data
Web Care is the 100eggs service that looks after a business's website. If you choose to connect your Google accounts to it, you sign in on Google's own page and Google asks you to approve each permission. We ask for read-only access to the Google services you agree to, and nothing more:
Google Search Console: how your site appears in Google search, and its site maps. Google Analytics: visitor reports for your site, and the data streams that match the tag on your pages. Google Tag Manager: the containers that run on your site. Google Business Profile: your business listing. Google offers only one Business Profile permission, which would also allow changes; we use it to read your listing and never change it. We also receive the email address of the Google account that connected, so we know who approved it.
We use this data only to check your website and to prepare Web Care's reports and advice for you and your team. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, share it with anyone else, or use it to train AI models. The permission Google gives us is kept in a locked store held separately for each business (AWS, Sydney region), and the figures we read go into your reports. Your reports, and the figures in them, go only to the people your business names, which may include an agency acting for it.
You can remove our access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. When you stop Web Care, we withdraw our permission from Google ourselves. To have what we hold deleted, email hello@100eggs.ai.
100eggs' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Removal
Email hello@100eggs.ai and we'll delete your record within 48 hours.
